Welcome to Royal Delonix Hotel. We reserve the right to cancel a reservation due to a mayor event or circumstance. If your hotel is not able to honor a reservation an equal or better accommodation will be provided.

• Cancelation Policy: 7 days

• Deposit: 1 night plus taxes and fees

• Room + Service fee Tax: 7.00%

• Service Fee and tax: 12.5%

• No Show: please call (787) 339-2668 to report if you will not make it to your reservation. No Shows will be charged the entire stay balance

• Refunds: you can request a refund 7 days prior to your arrival day. After this day you can request a credit for future use in our hotel.

• Check in 3pm - 12am Midnight. Please notify for late check ins at (787) 339-2668

• Check out 11am

• Late check out  from 11am - 2pm. After 2pm a full night will be charged

• Upon arrival at the hotel, guests must show evidence of vaccination with photo ID or Vacu ID (CESCO IDENTIFICATION).

• In the case that the guest is not vaccinated, they must present a negative test of not less than 48 hours. The test to be performed should be PCR or antigen. Blood tests will not be accepted.

• Non smoking rooms. Penalty for smoking inside the room is $250

• The guest is responsible for any damage to the room and the credit card provided at check in will be charged in the amount equal to the repair or replacement of the damaged items

• Regular occupancy is 2 adults

• No rollaway beds available

• All guests must provide ID at check in and sign the Registration Card

• All guests must provide a valid credit card at checking for incidentals or $150 cash deposit

• Lost keys $25 fine

• Lost tv remote $100 fine

• Damage to linens $150, any other property damage

• Privacy Policy: we respect and are committed to protecting your privacy. We may collect personally identifiable information when you visit our site. We also automatically receive and record information on our server logs from your browser including your IP address, cookie information and the page(s) you visited. We will not sell your personally identifiable information to anyone.

Security Policy: Your payment and personal information is always safe. Our Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read over the internet.

 

Refund Policy: all refunds will be provided as a credit to the credit card used at the time of purchase within seven (7) business days.

 

Adult signature requirement: you must be at least 18 years of age to book a room and consume age restricted products. This means that you or someone over the age of 18 will need to be present at the time of check in.
